Kelly McGowan

Policy Manager

In her role, Kelly leads the development and execution of all things related to policy and advocacy for MOPHI – from providing tools for public health champions to be effective advocates for change, to advancing our state legislative priorities during session.  She also spearheads efforts supporting MOCPHE’s members, which includes the distribution of weekly communications and coordination of bi-weekly meetings. Kelly is based in St. Louis and enjoys spending time with her family and checking out live music.
