Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Sarah is responsible for the operational infrastructure needed for MOPHI to succeed. She closely partners with our CEO and President on strategic initiatives, new and emerging partnerships, and other organizational commitments. Sarah is passionate about opportunities to strengthen the administrative functions of all types of public health organizations, including non-profit and governmental. She currently leads the National Network of Public Health Institute’s Operations Affinity Group and collaborates with non-profit operational experts across the state so that MOPHI always adheres to best practices and leads the way in innovative ways to support our organization. When she’s not at work, she can be found in St. Louis with her three cats: Tuna, Shrimp, and Rigatoni.
