As a Program Manager, Xandy helps lead behavioral health crisis diversion efforts, supporting rural communities in implementing strategies that shift how behavioral health crises are understood and addressed. Her work focuses on reducing stigma, building local capacity, engaging people with lived experience, and strengthening partnerships and coordination to better connect individuals in crisis to appropriate services, spaces, and treatment. Through data collection, research, and collaboration with behavioral health and community partners, she supports community-based approaches to crisis response and care.

As a member of the accreditation team, Xandy assists local public health agencies (LPHAs) interested in or pursuing accreditation and takes on additional responsibilities to advance MOPHI’s strategic vision. She is deeply committed to advancing health equity across Missouri.
